Contains: Plutarch's Lives of the noble Grecians and Romans and his "Philosophy"; Pedro Mexia's Some few collections out of the lives of some few Emperors, and The treasury of ancient and modern times; Thomas Fitzherbert's Policy and religion; and Jeremy Taylor's, Holy living, Holy dying, The great exemplar and Unum necessarium, (leaves 148-169r). Includes list of books on leaf 2 as well as lists of marriages including John Lambert and Elinor Corneforth married 22 June 1659.
